Alex seduced the future-whitelighter and produced their son, who encompassed both the powers of his mother and father. His father, Alec, was vanquished not long after Zeke was conceived, and so his mother raised him as a witch. Zeke didn't know much about his father, and his darklighter powers didn't become prominent until he was sixteen. He discovered his ability to orb - along with the fearful realization that he was a darklighter. He tried to hide this from everyone. He enrolled into magic school like any normal witch would - and that is where he met Melinda. After this, things went tragically downhill. He attacked a room-full of people during graduation and injured his beloved Mel while under a possessive state as a darklighter. | |||||||||
